Non-Traditional Relationship Therapy
Multi-partner therapy that supports individuals, couples, and relationship systems in consensually/ethically non-monogamous (CNM/ENM) relationships, including polyamory, open relationships, and other non-traditional relationship structures. I provide an affirming, nonjudgmental space to navigate communication, boundaries, jealousy, trust, intimacy, relationship agreements, and the unique opportunities and challenges that can arise in a multi-partner ecosystem.
I do not accept insurance for non-traditional relationship therapy at this time.

Those who may be exploring ethical non-monogamy for the first time, strengthening an existing relationship structure, or working through relationship concerns. Non-traditional relationship therapy can help you build greater clarity, connection, and alignment with your values and goals (individually and as an interconnected group).

I provide an affirming, sex-positive, and nonjudgmental space for individuals, couples, and partners in consensually non-monogamous and other alternative relationship structures. Rather than viewing relationships through a one-size-fits-all lens, I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique values and needs. Drawing from attachment-based, relational, and evidence-based practices, I help clients build relationships that feel authentic in the way they choose to love and connect with one another.
-
Anyone who may be in a long-standing polycule or other non-monogamous relationship structure. I also support those who are questioning, transitioning into, or newly navigating alternative relationship dynamics. Your group partnership may be a good fit for non-traditional relationship therapy if you are working through concerns related to compersion, time and energy management, comparison or hierarchal complexities, sexual health and risk management, renegotiation processes, attachment, boundaries, and more.
