Hiya! I’m Arianna Bierle, a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in the greater Central Arkansas area. I’m a Washington native who packed up a U-Haul and moved across the country to Conway, Arkansas in 2022.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I am additionally Level 1 Certified in the Family Peace Initiative to facilitate conflict resolution and emotional regulation therapy as a domestic violence provider.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, personality disorders, anger management, and sex therapy- whether that means navigating intimacy, exploring sexual preferences, or working through sexual expression and identity. As someone who experiences life day-to-day with a chronic illness, I have a passion for those overcoming similar challenges in their journey, as well.
I’ve been the Director of Marketing for Arkansas-based nonprofit, Heroes Behind The Line, since 2024. HBL focuses on suicide prevention and wellness for first responders and veterans, providing education, outreach, and advocacy for firefighters, police, and emergency personnel who need mental health support.
I started Cascade Counseling Services, LLC in early 2025, paying homage to the Cascade Mountain Range where I grew up in Washington. I’m a huge Seattle baseball fan (go Mariners!), a Swiftie, a lover of the outdoors, and a thrifting queen. I work in beautiful Downtown Conway, but when I’m not working, you’ll find me cooking, hanging out with my hubs and our four dogs, or consuming true crime via podcast, book, or documentary.
