Couples Therapy
A collaborative process that helps partners better understand one another, improve communication, and navigate challenges within their relationship. Whether you're working through conflict, rebuilding trust, deepening connection, or adjusting to life changes, couples therapy provides a supportive space to strengthen your relationship and move forward together.
I do not accept insurance for couples therapy at this time.

Partners at any stage of their relationship- not just those experiencing significant conflict or seeking premarital services. It can help you improve communication, strengthen emotional and physical intimacy, navigate life transitions, resolve recurring challenges, rebuild trust after difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another. I specialize in infidelity recovery and sex; navigating intimacy, rebuilding eroticism and desire, and increasing intentional quality time.

I help couples identify the underlying dynamics contributing to conflict and disconnection by utilizing mindfulness strategies to increase awareness and emotional regulation. I bring a blend of solution-focused work (to identify strengths and create practical steps toward shared goals), and cognitive-behavioral therapy (to examine unhelpful thought patterns that may contribute to relationship distress). Both infidelity and erotic recovery differ from a traditional approach, and this typically happens in stages throughout the therapeutic process. I am a proponent of RACK (risk-aware consensual kink) and can assist couples looking to navigate this, as well.

I have a particular focus on helping couples improve communication and resolve conflict, rekindle desire and intimacy, and rebuild trust following breaches in the relationship. I welcome couples across diverse identities, backgrounds, and relationship structures.
